Almond mushroom has a strong immunomodulatory and antioxidant effect that reduces histamine release, and Reishi mushroom also contains natural plant steroids that curb allergic reactions. The beta-glucan content of both mushrooms is also a major contributor to keeping the immune system in check. Hundreds of active ingredients have been identified in mushrooms (Reishi has over 400) which can be used to treat even difficult-to-diagnose subclinical nutrient deficiencies such as minerals, trace elements, certain amino acids, vitamins B vitamins such as folic acid, biotin, niacin, vitamin D, vitamin E.
